Cancelling accommodation

In case of cancellation of the apartment reservation by individual guests or groups, the following cancellation conditions apply:

Guests have the right to cancel their reservation. Notice of cancellation should be sent by email. Guests must do so within the minimum specified time before arrival, which may vary for each accommodation (see below). The time period also varies depending on the reserved date.
If the guest cancels their reservation less than the specified number of days before their arrival, or if the guest does not arrive, the service provider is not obliged to return the advance payment. není povinen vrátit zálohu.
Different conditions may apply for bookings of large groups of over 20 people.

Penzion Hosnar

A 30% deposit is required in advance. The remaining amount is paid on-site directly at the accommodation, by card or in cash.
The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before the arrival date.
For reservations cancelled from 10 days up to the day before arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

The accommodation must be paid in full in advance.
Cancellation can be made more than 60 days before arrival; after that, 30% of the total amount is non-refundable.

Camp Vodenca

The total amount of the cost of your stay must be paid no later than 7 days before the reserved date; otherwise, the reservation is invalid.
Cancellation of the reservation or part of it is possible up to 48 hours before the reserved date. If cancelled later, the payment is non-refundable.
Shortening of the reservation is only possible in advance. Extensions are subject to the camp’s availability and are paid for on-site.

Cancellation terms:

Free cancellation: Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date.
Late cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before arrival will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total booking amount.
No-show: If a guest fails to arrive without prior cancellation, they will be charged 100% of the booking amount.

Payment terms:

Payment method: Payment is due upon arrival or before departure, as per the guest’s preference.
Cancellation fees: Any applicable cancellation fees will be invoiced and are payable within 10 days of the cancellation or no-show.

Exceptions:

In cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), the cancellation fee may be waived at the discretion of management.
