FAQ

Bring a swimming suit to wear under the neoprene and a towel for drying off after getting soaked.

Choose your season: spring for high water and thrills, but still less people; summer for clear emerald rapids; autumn for quiet and calm – the least people.
It’s recommended to leave all valuables, including money, wallets, jewelry, phones, bags, and purses, behind since the van might be unattended during activity. You may bring only small essential items, like necessary medications, which can be stored in the first aid kit. However, be aware that these could potentially fall into the water and get lost. You can leave items such as a change of clothes, shoes, and snacks in the van.

We advise against wearing jewelry or glasses, as they may get lost or damaged. If you can’t go without glasses, we strongly recommend using an old pair and securing them with a strap. Neoprene glasses straps are available for purchase at the reception.

Standard travel and sport insurance policies typically don’t cover adventure sports such as rafting, canyoning, caving, or zip-lining. While the likelihood of injury during these activities is minimal, it’s preferable to be prepared and have the necessary coverage. Feel free to contact us for more information and to take out this insurance.
Yes. A solo traveler can be grouped with other travelers on departing trips. However, the trip will only depart if there are at least four guests. If not, an alternative option will be offered to you.
You won’t miss out on your adventure. We run trips even in the rain – you’re going to get wet anyway.
There is a very slim chance to get injured, especially if you follow our instructions. For the vast majority of people, rafting is safe and simply a great fun adventure. Rafting is not just about big white water, it’s about having fun and making great memories.
Yes, but please note that safety always comes first. Kids joining depends on the time of year and what the actual river level is that day. Soča River is free-flowing, influenced by big rainfalls, so it varies throughout the season. Therefore, we will advise on kids’ participation prior to the trip.
For our whitewater trips, we generally require participants to be at least 116 cm tall. We don’t have a maximum weight limit, but the maximum neoprene size we have is 60. If you have doubts you’d fit, let us know your weight and height.
A raft can accommodate up to eight people, plus a guide. However, during periods of low flow, typically in the summer, we limit this to six people.
We don’t provide photos of the activity. We don’t recommend taking cameras unless they are waterproof. Alternatively, you can rent our GoPro and helmet with a camera mount for a rate of 20 EUR and get the SD card with images after the trip.
We offer group discounts for groups of 20 or more.
