Team Alpi Center
Our team is based on guides with many years of experience not only from sports guiding, but also teaching, training and working with people in other fields. For the season's busy days some more experienced guides join our team.
Zdeněk Tulis
Zdenda is our kayaker and raft guide. Sport is his second name. If he is not on the river, you can find him climbing or wandering in the mountains.
Matěj Zapletal
Co-owner of Alpi Center. Organizer and leader of (not only) rafting expeditions all around the world: Canada – Yukon, Alaska – Stikine River, Tasmania - Franklin River, Namibia – Cunene River, Ecuador – Rio Quijos and Upano, Zimbabwe – Zambezi, Grand Canyon – Colorado river.
Matej Sottner
Graduated from Physical education and Technological and Information education on Faculty of Education on Charles University in Prague.
Member of Alpi Center team since 2006. Instructor of canyoning at Czech canyoning association (Česká Asociace Canyoningu). Instructor of canyoning at Slovenian canyoning association (Kanjoning zveza Slovenije). Practiced several outdoor sports with his parents since childhood. Matej is kayaking since the age of six and canyoning since his ten years. Besides water sports he spends his time in te mountains mainly on mountain bike or tour skies.
Martin Benda
High school graduated from Security and legal activities in Liberec.
From childhood Martin did athletics, biking and skiing, which is his biggest till now. Most of his free time is dedicated to outdoor activities. In the winter Martin works in Pec pod Sněžkou as skiing trainer for children and manager of instructors. Member of Alpi Center team since 2017.
Iva Bartáková
Graduated from Tourism and although her work brought her to IT, she never gave up on traveling.
In the summer of 2016 she traveled through Slovenia and decided to spend a summer in Bovec. She's here to help you enjoy your holiday. Any time she's free, she takes her camera and goes traveling. In the summer she bikes and than spends winter snowboarding or roaming in the mountains. Occasionally she plays volleyball or goes swimming.
Petr Černý
Studies Aviation Transport Services in Tourism on the University of Business in Prague.
Canoe and raft guide since 2009. Member of Alpi Center team since 2014. All year long he practices many different outdoor sports such as biking, hiking, winter sports or kayaking. In the winter time he teaches skiing and snowboarding on secondary school courses.
Vojtěch Tulis
Studies Mechanical Engineering on University of Technology in Brno.
When he's not studying, he likes to stay out kayaking or climbing. Kayaking since childhood made him love water sports and big enthusiasm led him straight to river guiding. He became Alpi Center team member in 2014.
